Michelle Giesecke is the team leader of the Pre-Litigation department for our firm. She has been with us for about four years. Michelle has been a legal assistant for a total of eight years and has also worked for law firms in Dallas and Fort Worth. Michelle oversees the signing up of all new clients and manages their cases until settlement or until suit is filed. Michelle is a licensed Claims Adjuster as well. Michelle was elected Staff Member of the Year for 2003. Michelle lives in North Richland Hills with her husband who is an Irving Firefighter and her daughter who attends Richland High School. Her older daughter is a student at Abilene Christian University. Michelle enjoys bowling, dancing and watching hockey games.
